Hi! I'm Lucy!

Pronouns: She/Her

I love being able to help people and be a sounding board. Life can be really hard and I love that I can be a support and help to someone.  Working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar is a joy because together we can find a better way of being and doing that supports their overall wellbeing.

More about me!

I’m a passionate and dedicated social worker with a master’s degree from the University of Denver. In my spare time, you’ll find me reading, hiking, or working on crafts. I have a deep love for houseplants (my ever-growing collection brings me so much joy!), and I enjoy getting new tattoos from time to time. True crime fascinates me, and above all, I cherish time spent with my family.

Advocating for equal rights is central to both my personal and professional life. As a supervisee in social work, I bring extensive experience from various mental health settings, including inpatient, in-home, and clinical environments. I work with pre-teens through adulthood, approaching therapy through a trauma-informed lens that fosters empowerment and healing.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples—including both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships—helping clients navigate ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, and other important mental health concerns. My training in gender-affirming care allows me to provide affirming and empowering support for the LGBTQ+ community. I also have experience working with individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse, as well as training in CBT and exposure therapy.

As a mother and someone who understands the ups and downs of life, I know how challenging things can get. My goal is to be your sounding board and source of support, no matter where you are in your journey.

I attend weekly yoga sessions and plan to become a certified yoga instructor within the next year. Outside of therapy, I enjoy rebuilding cars as a hobby—a hands-on challenge that I love. I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey toward growth and healing.
