Hi! I'm Kelly!
Pronouns: She/Her
Hi! I'm Kelly, and I'm so glad you're here. Therapy is an adventure in self-discovery—it’s not a linear path, and meaningful change takes dedication, commitment, and time. Our sessions may be directive and focused one day and more exploratory the next, but every conversation is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself and where you want to go.
Sappy stuff aside, I’m a massive nerd. I love using humor, memes, and sci-fi references to make therapy relatable and engaging. Therapy should be interactive, and sometimes, we just need to be human together.

Why I'm a Social Worker
I became a Social Worker because I believe in seeing people as whole, complex systems—not just a diagnosis or a mental health concern. Mental health isn’t just "in your head"; it’s connected to every aspect of life. My role is to help you navigate challenges across different settings so you can feel empowered to be unapologetically you. I truly believe I have the best job in the world because I get to like you unconditionally and be professionally curious.
Social work is also deeply rooted in social justice. Change happens both in personal relationships and at the systemic level, and I strive to remove barriers within the mental health field. That’s why I accept insurance to increase accessibility and provide free Gender-Affirming Letter Writing services for those without financial means. No one should have to fight to prove who they are. Mental health providers should be advocates—not gatekeepers—of health, empowerment, and self-actualization.

My career has been driven by continuous learning and a deep commitment to ensuring my clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I have pursued extensive training in personality disorders, trauma, military experiences, sex therapy, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care to provide the best possible support for those I work with.
Too often, I’ve heard other therapists say a certain client “isn’t my demographic.” In response, I have made it a priority to expand my knowledge and create pathways for professional growth—because everyone deserves a therapist who is willing to listen, learn, and understand their unique experiences.
