Thank you for considering our practices and my services.  I believe each client is an unique individual and treatment should be catered to those needs. In Session we will work towards gaining a deeper understanding of how we fit into the world around us and how it effects the mind, body, and emotions. We will explore the past and how it manifests into the present to ensure a brighter future.

More About Nicole

Nicole is amazing, warm, and will still going hold you accountable to your goals.  She is a motivated to see your success in therapy and utilizes a variety of techniques to fit each person's needs.  She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Care techniques. She is constantly pursuing new educational opportunities to bring excellence to her therapy sessions.  While she is currently under supervision towards full independent licensure she is also pursuing additional training in Play Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Graduating from Marymount University in 2020, Nicole has worked in private practice settings working with children, adolescents, and adults.  Nicole excels in guiding clients through life transitions such as starting school, finding a new job, or going through a divorce.  Nicole is an affirming clinician and supports members of the LGBTQIA+ Community.

Current Adventures:

  • Currently in the residency phase of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. I am currently under the supervision of Christa Butler, LPC, TF-CBT, RPT.

  • Hiking with my husband, playing with my dog, and gaming while becoming the best therapist I can.

  • Currently reading: "The Boy Who Was Raised as a Dog" by Dr. Bruce Perry
