Group Therapy

Intake Appointment (Individual): $150
60 Minute Group Session: $40

Please be advised, your insurance plan may not cover group therapy sessions past the intake appointment. Will will attempt to bill your insurance, but if these are denied you will be responsible for out of pocket expenses.

Medication Management

Intake Appointment $250
30 Minute Follow Up $150

Additional Services

Insurance will not cover these services and fees, should you request one of these services, the following fees will apply (discuss with your therapist):

Sessions Longer than 60 minutes are not covered by insurance, please see fee schedules.
No Show/Late Cancelation Fee (less than 24 hour notice): $100
Letter Writing Fee: $25 per 15 minutes of writing time.
Medical Record Request: $25

LIMITATIONS

Inquire in advance about EAP, we utilize Headway to facilitate EAP appointments with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and do not accept any other EAP programs.
Tricare Prime (We are a Certified Out-of-Network Provider. You will need to get an authorization from your Primary Care Manager for us as we are no longer able to get the referral on your behalf. We do not accept Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan (USFHP).
We will attempt to bill secondary insurances. Clients who have secondary insurance plans may need to pay their deductible/co-payment and will receive a superbill they can submit to their secondary carrier.
We do not work with Worker's Compensation companies.
