Hi! I'm Sasha!

Pronouns: They/Them

Hi! I’m Sasha; a queer, non-binary, chronically ill/disabled, sex therapist with a focus working
with individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQAI+, kink/BDSM, consensually
non-monogamous, neurodiverse, and chronic illness/disability communities and lifestyles. I
graduated from The University of Denver’s online MSW program in December 2024 with a
concentration in mental health and trauma.

More about me!

My practice is rooted in a deep commitment to look at therapy from a lens that explores issues of power, privilege, and oppression. My lived experience allows me to bring a perspective shaped by my own encounters with the impact of systemic forces such as ableism, fatphobia, queerphobia, etc. to the table. My approach is relational and collaborative, valuing authenticity and humanity over neutrality. I see the therapeutic bond as sacred and approach it with deep respect, always mindful of the power dynamics within it. Trust is not rushed; it is cultivated, and I will move at your pace, honoring your autonomy and vulnerability every step of the way.

Grounded in narrative therapy, it’s my belief that the stories we tell shape the way we move through the world. Your story matters, and I am here to listen. Beyond words, your body also holds its own truths. Together, we will engage in somatic practices, attuning to the wisdom your body carries. My work is fully affirming of queer, trans, polyamorous/consensually non-monogamous, kink/BDSM, and sex work communities.

Here, you are seen. You are held. You are enough. Thank you in advance for trusting me to hold space for you on your mental health journey.
